Experience The Amboseli

Have you ever seen or heard of this spectacular creature;

This magnificent beast goes by the name - Tim, Tim the tusker.

This massive male elephant roams the vast terrains of the Amboseli and over the years I've learnt that many folk travel to the Amboseli with high hopes of seeing this beautiful creature but sadly luck isn't always on ones side.

In saying that I have also learnt that luck is quite predictable. If you want more luck, take more chances. Be more active. Show up more often.

Okay but enough of the motivation/inspiration for now because there is way more to experience in the Amboseli other than Tim the tusker. The park is famous for being the best place in the world to get close to large herds of free-ranging elephant;

    Hello Michael,
    I love your pictures. I really appreciate what you are doing. I follow you and wild eye since we met in shindzela. Unfortunatelly I dont have the opportunity to go for safari as often as I would like to. But l am looking forward to our next visit to South africa. Hopefully next year. Untill then it helps watching some of your images and reading some of the stories behind the picture.
    Best regards from Germany
