You will be collected by the local guide, given an orientation of the area and then venture out to explore the Ndutu conservation area, on route to camp. Lunch will be enjoyed and there will be some time to settle in to your classic east African accommodation at Asilia Olakira before heading out on the afternoon game drive.DAY 3-6
Full days in Ndutu. You will be out on game drive before sunset every morning. Each day will have a different plan as you explore the open plains, woodlands, lakes and more surrounding your camp. Some of the days will be spent out in the field with breakfast & lunched packed with you. Typically return to camp just after sunset for drinks around the fire and a hearty African dinner.Day 7
After a full morning safari in Ndutu you will depart for your next destination – the eastern Serengeti. It is in the open plains north & east of Ndutu and home to open grasslands & incredible rocky outcrops, iconic landmarks of the Serengeti. The drive will take you via Seronera & then onwards to our next camp, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening. Enjoy dinner & drinks together. Overnight at Asilia Namiri PlainsDay 8-11
Full days in the eastern Serengeti. We will be out on game drive before sunset each day as we explore this incredibly scenic region of the Serengeti. A key focus will be to find lions atop the rocky outcrops, also known as kopjie’s. They frequent these boulders which makes for great photographic encounters. There is also a thriving cheetah population here & this will also be a focus whilst in Namiri Plains.Day 12
