On this natural history tour we will go in search of the island’s signature animals ranging from lemurs and chameleons; to fossa and the amazing array of birds. We will also focus on landscapes which includes everything from baobabs to orchids and so much more. Day 1 Arrive and overnight in Antananarivo | Day 2 Transfer to Andisabe for afternoon activity | Day 3 Activities in Mantadia National Park | Day 4 Transfer to Manambato, followed by boat transfer to Palmarium | Day 5 Morning activity at Palmarium Reserve | Day 6 Following last morning activity at Palmarium, transfer by boat back to Manambato for road transfer back to Tana, overnight at Antananarivo | Day 7 Flight to Morondava | Day 8 Drive to “Allée des Baobabs” for sunrise, followed by drive to Kirindy Reserve | Day 9 Drive to “Allée des Baobabs” for sunrise, afternoon at leisure | Day 10 Full day at leisure (image processing) | Day 11 Transfer to airport following breakfast for return flight to Tana, overnight stay | Day 12 Transfer back to airport for outbound international flights, safari ends.
